Raneisha Arnett is a dynamic educational leader with over 15 years of experience in the education sector, including more than eight years spearheading complex leadership structures within schools and nonprofit organizations. She brings deep expertise in literacy, K-12 Humanities, adult learning, comprehensive onboarding systems, and data-driven coaching methodologies.

Raneisha is widely recognized for her ability to cultivate trust-centered, identity-affirming learning environments. She adeptly navigates complex organizational challenges with a balance of profound care and steadfast accountability. By strategically leveraging data, she consistently strengthens alignment, boosts retention, and elevates learning experiences across the board.

Throughout her career in teaching and coaching, Raneisha has dedicated herself to serving schools in under-resourced communities. Drawing upon her lived experiences as a Black woman and a first-generation college student, she provides empathetic and effective support, addressing the daily challenges faced by students and their families in Memphis and Nashville, TN. Among her most cherished accomplishments is ensuring that 100% of her 8th-grade students graduated fully prepared for high school. Furthermore, she takes great pride in her legacy of mentorship, having coached numerous teachers who have subsequently flourished in leadership roles and beyond.

Deeply committed to fostering inclusive educational spaces, Raneisha is formally certified in Coaching for Equity. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Management and is currently completing her Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership.
